Terms of Use
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sendpiper, including our website, dashboard, channel connections, Sendpiper Flow builder, and AI agent features (together, the "Service"), operated by Sendpiper ("Sendpiper," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Sendpiper
Sendpiper is intended for businesses and individuals operating a business, brand, or creative practice — including SMEs, bloggers, and creatives — connecting their own social channels. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to connect any social account, Page, or business account you link to the Service.
2. Connecting your channels
Sendpiper lets you connect social channels such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram. When you connect a channel, you authorize Sendpiper to send and receive messages, read comments, and take the automated actions you configure (such as comment-to-DM triggers) on your behalf, strictly within the permissions you grant during connection. You're responsible for complying with each platform's own terms (e.g. Meta's platform policies) when you connect an account.
3. Flows and automated responses
Sendpiper Flow lets you build a structured, deterministic sequence of automated responses tied to a channel. You are responsible for the content, accuracy, and compliance of any flow you build, including any messages it sends automatically, such as comment-to-DM replies.
4. AI agent and knowledge bases
Sendpiper allows you to connect a channel to an AI agent trained on a knowledge base you provide (such as documents, FAQs, and product information). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you upload to a knowledge base. The AI agent generates responses based on that content and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete answers — you should review agent behavior periodically and are responsible for the conversations it has on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sendpiper to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), to harass or deceive recipients, to violate any connected platform's policies, or to process or distribute unlawful content through flows, comment-to-DM triggers, or the AI agent.
6. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Service availability
Sendpiper depends in part on third-party platform APIs (Meta, Telegram, etc.). We aim for reliable uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly where a connected platform changes or restricts its API.
8. Termination
You may disconnect your channels or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service in a way that risks other users or our platform integrations.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendpiper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of flows, comment-to-DM automation, or AI agent responses, including any inaccurate AI-generated reply.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
